The Warsaw Spire offers almost 100 000 sqm of highly innovative office space. The VR app was used during the design stage, enabling key stakeholders to make more informed decisions. The building was sold in 2019 for 386 million euro.
The VR app allows users to freely move around the building and its surroundings, which have been recreated in a 3 miles radius. Created using the Unreal 4 engine, the application covers all the key details of the building – lobbies, office floors, restaurants, and parking spaces. Real time cross sections and isometric floor layout views can be viewed at any time.
