Privacy Policy

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data, provided by the users of https://immersion.re/ website (“Website”).
  2. Personal data of the users are processed and protected according to generally applicable laws, including (but not limited to) General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and Act of 18 July, 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means. In the interests of the security of entrusted data, internal procedures and recommendations were developed in order to prevent disclosure of data to unauthorized persons, according to aforementioned laws.

  5. The purpose of the processing users’ personal data is to:
    • allow them to download “3D Property Viewer” mobile app, using their e-mail address with their consent (article 6.1.a of GDPR),
    • answer their questions or taking their requests through contact form, e-mail of telephone, using their names, e-mail, telephone numbers or other types of provided data (article 6.1.f of GDPR),

Without prejudice to any data security guarantees, Data Controller may share users’ personal data with other parties – in addition to persons authorized by the Data Controller (including Data Controller’s data processors such as suppliers of technical services). Users’ personal data won’t be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
  7. Personal data:
    • processed based on article 6.1.a of GDPR – will be used as long as the consent won’t be withdrawn,
    • processed based on article 6.1.f of GDPR – will be used as long as it’s necessary to answer questions or to take requests through contact form, e-mail of telephone.
  8. Users have right to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent means that the users won’t be able to download mobile app. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

    • access their personal data,
    • rectify their personal data,
    • erase or restrict processing their personal data,
      – as described in GDPR.
  10. Users also have the right to:
    • object to processing of personal data (when the processing is based on article 6.1.f of GDPR),
    • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland)
  11. Provision of personal data is not necessary. It is however required in order to receive mobile app or answers to the requests.
  12. Users’ personal data wont’ be used for automated decision-making, including profiling as described in article 22 of GDPR.
  13. Data controller reserves the right to change the privacy policy of the Website, which may be affected by the development of internet technology, possible changes in the law in the fields of personal data protection and the development of the Website. Users will be informed about any changes in a visible and understandable way.
